Why an "abortion recovery center?"

For many years the vital area of post-abortion ministry has been dutifully carried out by the valiant pregnancy resource centers across the nation and around the world. They have been the true pioneers, bravely stepping forth into the deep, uncharted waters of post-abortion pain and trauma. The work they have done and continue to do remains a crucial aspect in the restoration of lives wounded by abortion.

As with all pioneering endeavors, there comes a time when we begin to think outside the traditional box. In the world of post-abortion pain that time is now. We at A Safe Place Abortion Recovery Center, have begun to explore new ways of reaching a larger percentage of the effected population, to tailor our efforts to reach this specific group in a way that is tailored to their needs.

At A Safe Place Abortion Recovery Center we are committed to creating a safe, confidential environment strictly for those wounded by abortion. A place where they can begin to heal and to find the hope and peace and joy they lost in that past abortion experience.

Vision

To reach our communities and our world with the truth that abortion hurts everyone it touches, with the hope of healing, peace and freedom from the trauma of abortion, and with compassionate understanding and knowledge that brings down walls and builds bridges with the Church, with society and with individuals where the issue of post-abortion pain is concerned.

Mission

A Safe Place Abortion Recovery Center was established to provide a safe place for anyone wounded by abortion to begin healing and to have peace and freedom restored to their lives.
